UH EAP

 

UH Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a UH benefit for employees whose personal problems are affecting their sense of well-being and/or job performance. From guidance on workplace topics (management strategies, career development) to financial guidance (home buying, investing) to healthcare resources (provider search tool, mental health) to social development strategies (grief and loss, addiction resources, family tools), the UH EAP is a resource for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
